Scott G. Knoche PT, Dip. MDT, CSCS, CPT
Scott has been a state licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Missouri since 1987.
He graduated with honors in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri-Columbia
School of Health Professions.

Edward Knapp, PT
Edward is a graduate of The University of Kansas Physical Therapy Program where
he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1982. He has been licensed to practice
physical therapy in Missouri and Kansas since 1982.

Mark Callanan, PT
Mark started his career in physical therapy as a physical therapist assistant. He
graduated from Washburn University’s PTA program in 2000.

Tamara Welsh, PTA
Tami is a Physical Therapy Assistant. She graduated from Penn Valley’s P.T.A. program in 1990 and has been licensed in Missouri ever since.
She has extensive training in providing therapy for Lower Extremity Amputees from pre-surgery through post-prosthetic fitting.
Tami’s years of experience allows her to work with a wide variety of diagnoses. She is compassionate, enthusiastic and embraces a challenge.
Helping to create an environment where her patients can achieve their goals gives Tami her greatest job satisfaction.

Chandra Moore, PTA
Chandra is a physical therapy assistant that graduated from Penn Valley
Community College. She is in charge of maintaining a daily strength and work
conditioning program. She has a special interest in aggressive fitness programs
that last two, four and eight hours through the day to help people return to
work or normal daily activities after a severe injury. Chandra works
closely with our lead physical therapists to provide aggressive therapies to
progress the patient. Chandra is highly trained in progressing patients through
their rehab.

Cassie Woods, PTA
Cassie is a physical therapist assistant. She graduated from Penn Valley Community
College with an Associates in Applied Science. She has worked with children and
adults with special needs and likes the creative aspect of treating this unique
population. Cassie also enjoys teaching patients home exercise programs to help
them get back to the activities they enjoy.

Tom McCarthy, DPT
Tom has been practicing PT in the Kansas City area since 1999. He completed both
his undergraduate and physical therapy training at Creighton University in Omaha.
After growing up in KCK, Tom returned home to begin practicing. He has received
advanced training in the Australian approach to manual therapy as well as extensive
work in sports related injuries and rehab. His experience has allowed him the flexibility
to work with patients varying in age from infants to seniors. Tom has also spent
a significant amount of time working in the area of industrial rehab performing
functional capacity evaluations, pre-work screens, work conditioning and job site analysis/functional job
descriptions.

Heidi Harmon
Heidi is our billing specialist. She takes pride in working with doctors, customers
and insurance companies to try and provide the best and most cost effective rehabilitation
treatment that is available. Heidi is open to any questions to help people with
the funding of their physical therapy.

Shelly Seaborn
Shelly is the office administrator. She performs scheduling, charting and other
activities of practice management. Shelly has been involved in the
rehabilitation field for 13 years in the capacity of patient case management.
Shelly is open to any questions regarding scheduling or general questions
regarding our facility.
